I got a new window that opens at the bottom and is hinged at the top. I would like to separate the frame from the window, since it is too heavy and inconvenient to mount as a whole.

However, I am not sure how I can disassemble it or if I can do it at all. In particular I am not able to remove a particular screw [pic 3].

I assume I must slide it down the railing until it comes out at the bottom
